Children’s Dentistry Starts with an Exam
Children need to see the dentist on a regular basis, just like adults do! The routine care helps us monitor their smiles as they grow and change, so we can address concerns in their earliest stages. We also help kids with dental sealants. For many, properly brushing and flossing the rear teeth could be difficult. This means food and drink particles could stay trapped there, allowing cavities to develop. But we can provide a dental sealant to the rear teeth, which coats them so food and drink particles cannot be trapped there, lowering the risk of cavities. Dental sealants can stay in place for years to come, possibly a decade in some cases!
